Learning Djambarrpuyŋu This pocket sized language booklet is designed to give you a brief introduction into Djambarrpuyŋu, one of the languages in the Yolŋu Matha language family, spoken by the Yolŋu people of north-east Arnhem Land,which covers a region of 37,000 square kilometers. The book contains information such as information on the Yolngu worldview, Cross Cultural communication, Prounciation, Conversations, useful expressions, and language wordlist This Djambarrpuyŋu introduction has been developed to cater for balanda workers and toursits visiting communities in north-east Arnhem land. This Phrasebook is due to be released shortly, and contains the following sections.
