Dhäwu about ARDS CEO and CEO recruitment

ARDS CEO Ben Grimes will be starting a new role as CEO at NAAJA on 1 September 2025. Ben will finish as CEO at ARDS at the end of August. He has been CEO of ARDS since 2020, and leaves ARDS in a strong position across all aspects of the organisation.

The ARDS board has approved interim CEO arrangements and the CEO recruitment plan. 

David Pugh (former AnglicareNT CEO) will be ARDS interim CEO for September 2025. 

David Alexander (former NAAFLS CEO and current ARDS Corporate Services Manager) will be interim CEO from October 1 until the incoming CEO starts. 

The ARDS CEO role will be advertised for 6 weeks, starting the week of 18 August. ARDS will post links to the CEO recruitment pages when the role is advertised.
